Returns & Exchanges

In the rare event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it by mail in a secure box or padded envelope within 10 days for credit, refund or exchange (exchanges will incur a reshipping fee of $8.95).  All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and must be in the exact condition as received.  Jewelry that is abused or maltreated will void any and all guarantees and will not be accepted. Facility orders returned for item(s) not in accordance with rules will incur a 20% restocking fee.
